GENERAL INFORMATION
1. ECBP s.c. keeps the internet shop on the web site www.scyzoryki.net and runs it according to the contract with Victorinox Poland Sp. z o.o..
2. Prices of the goods are given in PLN and include the VAT tax.
ORDERING AND EXECUTION OF ORDERS
3. The personal information you submit on our site will be used for completion an orders.
4. The execution of order starts after correct completion a shopping cart by the customer. The shopping carts are available on the site www. victorinox.pl.
5. ECBP s.c. reserves the right to stop the execution of the orders. In such cases the customer will be informed about the reasons as soon as possibile.
6. The ordered goods are delivered to an address given by the customer in the shopping cart.
7. Cost of shipment are covered by the customer, unless the ECBP s.c. takes another decision.
8. Minimal value of an order is 0 PLN. The goods are sold without the content i.e. money, credit cards, etc.
9. We accept cash on delivery for the orders with value up to 250 PLN. For orders with higher value we require the following mode of payments: mTansfer, post/mail transfer, credit card, platności.pl, PayU.pl ).
10. ECBP s.c. will reject an order with mode "advance payment – bank transfer/ PayU/ mTransfer" if money not be transferred to ECBP s.c. bank account within 5 days of order.
11. The engraving goods are sold only with payment by bank transfer, credit card, etc. Cash on delivery is not applicable for the goods with additional service.
GUARANTIES AND COMPLAINTS
Each complaint is considered individually.
12. The goods might be returned to the shop if they were not used and damaged. The returned goods have to have the original and not damaged package.
13. All costs concerning the goods return are covered by the customer. We do not accept the cash on delivery for the returned goods.
14. The goods that were damaged during the operational use or during the transport from the customer are not a subject of complaint. The customer is responsible for the proper protection of the returned goods.
